We are working with one of our long-standing clients in their search for a Travelling Personal Assistant, working across Europe and the Middle East with a salary on offer of AED 35,000 per month.
Job description
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Principal’s day-to-day lifestyle and administrative tasks.
Due to the Principal’s busy lifestyle, this role requires someone highly organised and with a positive approach to the role, ensuring the smooth running of the Principal’s personal and professional lives.
Main Responsibilities:
Coordinate complex luxury travel, including private jets, yachts, chauffeurs, and hotels
Oversee wardrobe management, personal shopping, and sourcing of luxury clothing and accessories
Arrange reservations, gifting, and high-end lifestyle purchases
Support planning and coordination of private events and personal projects
Maintain accurate records, administration, and personal documentation
Respond efficiently to ad-hoc and last-minute requests with flexibility and discretion
Provide occasional out-of-hours support when required
Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant within UHNW households
Proven longevity in previous positions
Strong knowledge of luxury lifestyle management, including travel, fashion, and hospitality
Established network of trusted luxury contacts within Dubai is beneficial, but not essential
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and commonly used applications
Discreet, professional, and confident handling of confidential information
Positive, proactive, and solutions-focused attitude
Flexible and adaptable with a calm approach under pressure
