A warm, close-knit family in Miami is looking for a caring, energetic and reliable live-in nanny for their four children, aged 10, 8, 5 and 3.

Essential requirements:

• Fluent Russian
• Legal right to live and work in the United States (U.S. citizenship or a green card)
• A valid passport and the ability to travel abroad

Responsibilities:

• Caring for the children, helping in the mornings and after school, and taking them to activities
• Age-appropriate games, activities and outings, with minimal screen time
• Organising the children's day and keeping track of their schedules
• Preparing simple meals for the children and keeping their clothes and rooms in order
• Travelling abroad with the family

The ideal candidate:

• Warm, proactive and well-organised, and genuinely enjoys children of all ages, especially the older ones
• Sets boundaries calmly and kindly
• Has experience with children of different ages
• Respects the parents' rules and approach to parenting

Preferred age: 40 to 62. English is not required.

Terms:

• 6 days a week, with a weekday off
• Personal time during the day while the children are at school
• Availability in the evenings
• Private bedroom and bathroom
• 3 weeks of paid vacation per year
