FN7078: Live-Out Russian & English-Speaking Nanny for Two Boys in Dubai Hills Estate, Dubai, UAE

EED is delighted to be representing an international European family relocating to Dubai Hills Estate, seeking a warm, highly experienced Russian- and English-speaking nanny for their two sons, aged approximately 1.5 and 4. The household is multilingual (Bulgarian, Russian and English), and excellent spoken Russian and English are essential.

The older son attends British school in the mornings, so the nanny will primarily care for the younger son during school hours, then both boys together after school. This is a genuinely active, hands-on role. The boys have a lot of energy, and the family wants someone who creates an engaging daily routine rather than simply supervising: reading, language development, age-appropriate educational and creative activities, outdoor play, swimming and pool supervision, and outings. Hands-on care, including nappy changes, is expected as needed.

Russian-language input is important day to day, and the family would also like support with the older boy’s English homework and general help coordinating school and life in Dubai as the family settles in.

This is not a nanny/housekeeper role. The family employs separate cleaning and cooking staff, so only normal child-related tidying is expected. They have a driver for work-related duties and a small family dog; the nanny should be comfortable around pets, though regular pet care isn’t required.

International travel with the family is required, possibly including Asia, with all expenses covered. Occasional evening or weekend babysitting may be requested by prior agreement. The role is live-out, though accommodation may occasionally be provided around early or late hours.

Working schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 08:30–16:30 (8–10 hours per day).
