LONDON | ROTA NANNY | 5-YEAR-OLD GIRL

We are looking for an experienced and professional Rota Nanny to join a private family in London.

Location: Chelsea / Knightsbridge
Schedule: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off, with the possibility of considering 1 week on / 1 week off
Format: Live-in during the working rotation, with 24/7 responsibility for the child while on duty
Start: As soon as possible
Salary: Negotiable, depending on the candidate's experience and level
Employment: Formal employment via payroll may be available

During the working rotation, the nanny will live in the family home. A separate room is provided for the nanny

We are looking for a highly capable, educated, organised and experienced nanny with a strong background in private households.

It is important that the candidate is not simply focused on supervision and care, but is genuinely able to support the child’s development, education and overall wellbeing, while creating engaging and meaningful activities.

The family has an established routine, rules and schedules, so the nanny must be attentive, disciplined, reliable and able to follow a structured household routine consistently.

Main Responsibilities

• Full care of the child during the working rotation
• School runs and accompanying the child to additional activities
• Managing the child’s daily routine and schedule
• Organising educational and developmental activities
• Reading, basic numeracy and age-appropriate learning
• Supporting speech, communication and general development
• Organising leisure activities and outings
• Child-related wardrobe care when required
• Assisting with the preparation of meals for the child
• Travelling with the family when required

Requirements

• Significant previous experience as a nanny in private households
• Relevant education and/or professional nanny or childcare qualifications
• Valid First Aid certification
• DBS Check or equivalent background check
• Excellent English with very clear, fluent speech, ideally near-native level
  or
• Excellent Russian
• Additional languages would be an advantage
• Good physical fitness
• Must be a confident swimmer
• Willingness to travel
• Preferred age up to 45, although exceptional candidates around 50 may also be considered
• Honest, reliable, punctual, organised and highly responsible

Driving is not required.
