A private Emirati family in Abu Dhabi is seeking a full-time Personal Trainer to lead a structured transformation programme for a male client in his mid-40s, combining disciplined training with nutrition coaching and broader wellness support.

The Role:

This is a full-time, in-home role requiring a highly focused, transformation-style programme rather than general fitness maintenance. The client is very busy, so the successful candidate needs to be regimented and able to hold him to the programme, while working flexibly around a demanding schedule. Mornings are the preferred training window, and the preferred location would be the client’s home gym, although he is open to discussion of varied training to keep it interesting and involved.

Beyond training sessions, the role includes structured nutrition coaching and general wellness support (recovery, sleep, and lifestyle habits) as part of an integrated programme. The client has a specific interest in padel tennis, for which he has a court on his property. 

Work schedule will be structured around the client’s availability, with mornings identified as the preferred training window.

The Candidate:

The family is seeking a highly disciplined, highly experienced trainer with a track record in focused body transformation work—this is not a general fitness or gym-floor PT role.

Essential requirements:

• Recognised personal training qualification (e.g., REPs/CIMSPA, NASM, ACE, or equivalent) plus a nutrition coaching certification appropriate to non-clinical dietary and lifestyle guidance

• Demonstrable prior experience delivering focused, disciplined body transformation programmes, with verifiable client results

• Already based in the UAE, located in or genuinely ready to relocate to Abu Dhabi

• Valid UAE right to work under a compliant arrangement for full-time private household employment

• Fluent in Arabic or English

• Confident, assured manner. The candidate should be able to hold a busy, senior client accountable to a programme without being deferential or losing structure, and have the right personality match to keep him engaged

• Able to demonstrate similar previous success cases

• Discretion essential; comfortable with the confidentiality expectations of a private VIP household

Strongly preferred:

• Padel tennis playing ability, to a standard where informal coaching/hitting sessions add genuine value

• Prior experience working within a private household or with high-profile clients

The Offer:

• Salary: AED 25,000–30,000 per month, negotiable depending on final schedule and whether accommodation is provided
