Nanny Switzerland 

Nanny Position 

Geneva, Switzerland 

A warm and welcoming family based in Geneva, Switzerland, is looking for an experienced Russian-speaking Nanny to care for their two children:

• 3.5-year-old child (attending preschool)
• 4-5-month-old baby (attending nursery)

Both live-in and live-out candidates will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Full care of the baby, including feeding, bathing, changing, and settling for naps/sleep
• School and nursery pick-ups
• Walks, educational and creative activities with the older child
• Preparing children's meals
• Children's laundry, ironing, and keeping children's areas clean and organised
• For live-in candidates: occasional family cooking and light household assistance

Schedule

Live-out:

• Approximately 30 hours per week
• 5 working days

Live-in:

• 6 working days per week
• 1 day off
• Private bedroom with an en-suite bathroom

Requirements

• Native or fluent Russian (essential)
• Basic French
• Proven experience caring for both infants and children aged 3+
• Childcare or teaching qualification is an advantage
• Energetic, proactive, caring, and able to set healthy boundaries with children

Package

• Official employment contract
• Live-out salary: CHF 3,000-3,500 per month
• Live-in salary: CHF 4,000-4,500 per month (accommodation and meals included)
• Start date: November 2026
• Probation period: 1 month
