Spanish-Speaking Educational Nanny for Two Children (3-year-old & 2-month-old)
Arabian Ranches, Dubai, UAE
€4,000–€6,000 / month
Ref: FN7058
Full-time (part-time considered), Mon–Fri · Start ASAP
EED is delighted to be representing a German/Austrian family based in Arabian Ranches, Dubai, seeking an experienced educational nanny to support the development of their two children—a 3-year-old daughter and a 2-month-old son. The children are being raised trilingual (German, English, and Spanish), and this role is specifically focused on the Spanish-language and educational input.
The initial focus of the role will be the daughter, supporting her early years' development through Montessori, Waldorf, or other child-led educational activities delivered in Spanish—reading, pre-literacy, early mathematical thinking through play, creative activities, science exploration, and outings to playgroups, libraries, parks, and museums, all thoughtfully planned in advance. The family currently manages the newborn’s day-to-day care themselves, and the nanny will gradually take on a greater role with him as he grows.
The nanny will work alongside the family’s existing Spanish-speaking nanny from Peru and Filipino nanny/housekeeper, so this is a household with an established team—comfort working collaboratively within a multi-staff structure is essential. The family has a dog and frequent guests and is looking for someone who genuinely enjoys a warm, busy household.
This is a long-term position for the right candidate — the family is happy to wait to find the right fit. Part-time arrangements (mornings or afternoons, paid hourly) may also be considered; candidates interested in part-time work should flag this in their application.
