PG7056: Part-Time Early Years Educator for 13-Month-Old Twins — Dubai Harbour, UAE

Job Description

Ref: PG7056

Early Years Educator | Dubai Harbour, UAE | AED 250–400 / hour | Part-time, 3–4 mornings per week | Start ASAP

EED is delighted to be representing a private family based in Dubai Harbour, seeking a qualified Early Years educator for their twins, aged 13 months. This is not a nanny position — the family is looking for a dedicated developmental educator to lead structured, age-appropriate early learning sessions for the children.

The educator will visit the family home 3–4 mornings per week, for 1.5–2 hours per session. The role centres on building and delivering weekly developmental plans across four core areas: language development, sensory integration, gross and fine motor skills, and fostering early independence.

The exact structure of sessions — timing, pacing, and how the weekly plan is delivered — will be worked out collaboratively between the educator and the parents. The family is open to the educator’s professional input on how best to structure the mornings for the twins’ educational time and developmental needs, rather than dictating a fixed format from day one.

This is a hands-on, session-based role rather than a full-time placement, but the family is looking for genuine continuity and long-term commitment. The educator will be expected to track progress across sessions, adapt the weekly plan as the twins develop, and be a consistent, familiar presence in their early routine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Designing and delivering structured, age-appropriate weekly developmental plans for 13-month-old twins
  • Leading sessions across language development, sensory integration, gross and fine motor skills, and early independence
  • Tracking developmental progress across sessions and adapting the weekly plan accordingly
  • Collaborating with the parents on session structure, pacing and delivery
  • Providing a consistent, familiar presence in the twins’ early routine
  • Documenting session outcomes and communicating progress to the parents

Candidate Requirements

  • Native-level English speaker essential
  • Montessori trained — essential
  • Demonstrable experience working with children under 2, ideally with twins or multiples
  • Prior experience designing and delivering structured weekly developmental plans (not just supervised free play) strongly preferred
  • Dubai-based with own transport arranged to Dubai Harbour
  • Able to commit long-term, 3–4 mornings per week, on a consistent schedule
  • Female candidate preferred due to cultural reasons
  • Video footage or documented examples of prior developmental work (session plans, portfolios, or footage of led activities) — candidates who can supply this will be prioritised
  • Excellent, checkable references
  • Professional, discreet and reliable

The Offer

  • Salary: AED 250–400 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications (candidates welcome to propose their own rate on application)
  • 3–4 mornings per week, 1.5–2 hours per session (approx. 6–8 hours per week total)
  • Location: Dubai Harbour
  • Long-term position
  • ASAP start
