Private PA to UHNW Principal
Chelsea, London (live-out)
Salary: c. £60,000 - £65,000, depending on experience
 
One of our private clients requires an exceptionally organised and discreet Private PA to support a UHNW principal across her London residence and additional homes. This is a traditional, entirely private role — not a business support position — suited to a candidate who thrives within a highly directed working style and takes pride in precision, consistency and impeccable follow-through. The principal is a traditional, detail-oriented individual with high standards and clear expectations. She values loyalty, discretion and absolute accuracy above all else. 
 
Key Responsibilities

• Comprehensive diary and lifestyle management
• Extensive travel planning and coordination across multiple residences
• Acting as the central point of contact for household staff 
• Coordinating household bills and administration
• Bookkeeping support and liaison with the principal's accountant
• Managing correspondence with impeccable etiquette, including formal letters and invitations
• Significant document organisation, archiving and digital filing
• Supporting the principal with new technology
• Careful double-checking of all arrangements to ensure nothing is overlooked
• Occasional involvement in household staff recruitment

• Extensive Private PA experience at UHNW level, within a private household environment. 
• Exceptionally detail-oriented and highly organised
• Calm, polished and professional in manner
• Traditional in approach, with excellent etiquette
• Comfortable working closely with, and being directed by, an exacting principal
• Trustworthy, discreet and highly reliable
• Strong administrator with excellent follow-through
• Tech-savvy and confident supporting a more traditional principal with new systems
• Experience managing multiple properties and household administration
• Fluent or conversational French and/or German advantageous but not essential
• Household bookkeeping experience
• Strong knowledge of formal correspondence and traditional etiquette
