A distinguished private principal with residences across Germany, France and Austria is seeking an accomplished Estate Manager & Executive Lifestyle Assistant to oversee the management of a portfolio of luxury homes and provide high-level personal support.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a polished and resourceful professional who thrives in an international private-service environment. The role requires exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to deliver an uncompromising level of service across multiple properties.

Based primarily in Germany during the working week, you will take responsibility for ensuring the smooth operation of three prestigious residences while acting as a trusted right hand to the principal.

Duties:

• Direct the day-to-day management of a portfolio of luxury private residences.
• Lead and coordinate household teams, external service providers, contractors and specialist suppliers.
• Maintain the highest standards of presentation, functionality and hospitality across all properties.
• Manage household budgets, maintenance schedules and operational planning.
• Provide executive-level private assistant support, including personal administration and lifestyle management.
• Arrange complex travel itineraries and oversee logistics associated with the principal's movements between residences.
• Welcome and coordinate visits from guests, business associates and VIP visitors.
• Anticipate seasonal requirements and proactively manage all property-related projects and improvements.

Candidate Profile:

• The ideal candidate will bring substantial experience gained within ultra-high-net-worth households or luxury private estates and possess the confidence to operate independently across multiple international locations.
• A successful track record managing high-value private residences.
• Previous responsibility for overseeing multiple properties across different countries.
• Strong administrative, operational and project-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A calm, discreet and solutions-focused approach.
• Fluent English language skills.
• German language ability preferred.
• French language skills considered a strong advantage.
• Eligibility to live and work in Germany (European or British passport holders welcomed).
• A stable employment history reflecting commitment and professionalism.
• The ability to adapt seamlessly to a sophisticated and demanding private lifestyle environment.

This position would particularly suit an experienced Estate Manager, House Manager or Private PA seeking a long-term role with a respected international principal. Equally, it may appeal to a German national wishing to return home after a successful career abroad.

Salary: Up to €140,000 gross per annum, dependent upon experience.
