Private Chef/Family Cook for High-Profile Dubai Family in London – Start 15 July 2026 until the end of August 2026 | Temporary, Live-Out (Summer role) - TC7053
EED is delighted to be assisting a warm Dubai family who are seeking an exceptional Private Chef/Family Cook for a six-week summer placement at their London residence, commencing on 15 July 2026.
The family will be spending the summer in London and is looking for an experienced private chef/family cook with a genuine passion for nutritious, whole-food cooking to support them throughout their stay. This is not a traditional private chef role centered around fine dining or entertaining; rather, it is an opportunity to help shape the family's long-term approach to healthy eating through thoughtful, flavour-led cooking that brings everyone to the same table.
The household comprises two adults, two teenagers aged sixteen, and two young children aged four. The family's objective is to move away from preparing separate meals for different family members and instead establish a shared way of eating centered around delicious, high-protein, plant-based, whole-food cuisine that appeals equally to young children, teenagers, and adults.
In addition to preparing one nourishing main meal each day, the successful candidate will prepare a selection of healthy fridge staples, wholesome snacks, and occasional baked breakfast items for the family to enjoy throughout the day. A key aspect of this assignment will be developing and documenting successful recipes, creating a personalised collection that the family can continue using upon their return to Dubai.
This is a temporary, part-time, live-out position and would suit an organised, self-motivated professional who enjoys working collaboratively with families and combines strong culinary ability with a genuine understanding of nutrition.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare one nutritious, family-style main meal each day, suitable for two adults, two teenagers, and two young children.
- Design seasonal menus centred around high-protein, plant-based, whole-food ingredients.

- Source and prepare fresh, seasonal ingredients of the highest quality.
- Develop creative recipes that are both nutritionally balanced and genuinely enjoyable for all members of the household.
- Introduce new dishes and flavours while remaining mindful of the children's preferences and established family routines.
- Document successful recipes, methods, and ingredient lists throughout the placement, producing a practical recipe collection for the family to recreate upon their return to Dubai.
- Maintain exceptional standards of food hygiene, kitchen organisation, and ingredient management.
- Work collaboratively with the principals to refine menus and incorporate feedback throughout the six-week assignment.
