Nanny/Mother's Helper - Dubai

We are looking for an experienced, professional full-time Nanny / Mother’s Helper to join a warm, hands-on private household in Dubai. The family has four children aged 3 to 10 years and works alongside a team of nannies and household staff.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience caring for children aged 3-10
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience working in UHNW/HNWI private households
• Experience caring for multiple children
• Seeking a long-term position with strong references and role longevity
• Energetic, positive, and professional with clear understanding of boundaries

Main Responsibilities

• Assist parents with daily childcare and routines
•  Engage children in play, educational activities, homework, and games
•  Supervise sports and activities such as swimming and football
• Work closely with tutors and schools to support learning and development
•  Be available and attentive while supporting other tasks as needed
•  Prepare children and belongings for outings and scheduled activities
•  Organise and maintain children’s bedrooms, toys, clothes, and play areas
•  Help with light housekeeping related to the children during downtime
•  Travel with the family and support childcare during trips, outings, and meals
•  Pack and unpack children’s luggage during travel

Travel

•  Must be fully flexible and enjoy travel
•  Travel includes weekends and extended trips of several weeks to 1–2 months

Schedule

• 5 working days per week, 2 days off
• 8 working hours per day
• Travel days may be taken as additional days off when the family is away

Personal Qualities

• Friendly, calm, and service-oriented
• Comfortable working as part of a large household team
• Open to feedback from management and family principals
• Discreet, organised, and proactive

Trial Period

• A paid one-week trial period will take place with the family to assess suitability. The trial may be extended if required.
• The trial may take place in Dubai or abroad. If conducted abroad, travel, accommodation, and a USD 50 daily meal allowance will be covered. 

Employment & Benefits

• Salary: AED 10,000 - 14,000
• Visas and permits handled by the employer
• Discretionary annual bonus
• AED 2,500 allowance paid in the 13th month and annually thereafter
• Visa transfers or reapplications possible
• Overtime paid after 8 hours in accordance with UAE labour law
• Four daily pick-up / drop-off services from the nearest metro station
