Position Details

• Schedule: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation
• Official employment contract
• Probation period: 1 month
• Accommodation: private room provided
• On occasions when the mother is travelling or unwell, the nanny may be required to sleep near the younger child overnight
• Meals included
• Travel with the family is possible

About the Children: Two children— 18 months and 4 years old. The older child attends nursery, the younger stays at home.

Responsibilities

• Full daily care of both children
• Organising activities, games and outdoor play
• Maintaining a consistent daily routine
• Bedtime routines and sleep training knowledge
• Encouraging the boys to play together and develop their bond — separating them constantly is not the approach this family is looking for
• Light household assistance within the scope of childcare

Who We Are Looking For

• Experienced nanny with a strong background caring for children under 2 and preschool age
• Russian language is essential — English at a confident B2 level or above
• Young, energetic and creative
• Knowledge of sleep training methods is an advantage
• Loves outdoor activities and fresh air
• Proactive and attentive — notices what needs doing, never walks past a mess, not on their phone when there is work to be done
• Emotionally intelligent — reads the room, knows when to be playful and when to be calm
• Organised and forward-thinking
• Clear professional boundaries
• A genuine team player

Requirements

• Proven experience with children of similar ages — essential
• Paediatric First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Non-smoker
• Strong references from previous families — essential
