Nanny for an Active 7-Year-Old Boy
Location: London / France
Schedule: Rotational, 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off
About the child: A 7-year-old boy who is active, energetic, and highly curious. He is constantly on the move, asks many questions, and becomes easily engaged, but requires guidance to maintain focus and channel his energy in a constructive way.
Key responsibilities: Organising engaging and development-focused activities, involving the child in games and educational tasks, managing transitions and maintaining attention.
providing additional support with the school curriculum
Encouraging and developing a genuine interest in learning, establishing and maintaining a structured daily routine
Candidate requirements: Proven experience working with children of a similar age
High level of initiative and the ability to work independently
Ability to organise the child’s time and proactively suggest activities
Energetic, engaged, and hands-on approach
Confident and structured personality, with the ability to guide the child calmly and firmly. English — fluent/native level (essential).
Valid documents allowing work and residence in the UK and Europe.
An educational (pedagogical) background is a strong advantage.
Important: This role requires a proactive and dynamic individual. Passive candidates who wait for instructions will not be considered.
Duties include: Adapting and maintaining the child’s daily routine,
Liaising with teachers and other staff,
Managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently,
maintaining discipline in a calm, consistent, and confident manner
We consider candidates who: Have native or fluent English.
Additional Russian language skills are an advantage, but not essential
Domestic staff from closed professional communities. People with strong backgrounds in the hospitality industry (top hotels and restaurants, private aviation, cruise ships and yachts) who are willing to work in private homes
Selecting and training staff to work in your home
