A UHNW private family with multiple international properties is seeking an experienced and highly professional Domestic Couple to oversee the smooth running and meticulous upkeep of their primary residence in Las Vegas, with occasional support across additional properties.
This is a hands-on, long-term opportunity for a discreet, proactive, and detail-oriented couple who take pride in maintaining exceptionally high standards.
 
This role is ideally suited to a couple where one partner specializes in housekeeping (Housekeeper) and the other in general maintenance and support (Houseman/Handyman). The successful candidates will work collaboratively to ensure the home is maintained to a five-star, hotel-level standard at all times.
The family has no children or pets, but expectations are extremely high, and attention to detail is essential.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Housekeeper

• Full charge housekeeping of a luxury residence to an immaculate standard
• Daily cleaning, deep cleaning, and organization of all interior spaces
• Laundry and garment care, including handling delicate and high-end fabrics
• Wardrobe management and packing/unpacking for travel
• Inventory management of household supplies
• Assisting with table setting and occasional light service when required
• Preparing the home for the principals’ arrival and maintaining readiness at all times
• Traveling internationally with the family as required

A background in the yachting industry or similar ultra-high-standard environments is highly desirable.
 
Houseman / Handyman

• General maintenance and upkeep of the property, both interior and exterior
• Care and maintenance of outdoor furniture and exterior areas
• Upkeep of the tennis court
• Vehicle management, including cleaning, servicing coordination, and general care
• Occasional driving for the principal
• Assisting with heavy lifting, moving furniture, and event setup
• Basic handyman duties and coordination with external contractors when needed
• Ensuring overall functionality and presentation of the property at all times

• Previous experience working in UHNW private households
• Strong teamwork and communication skills as a couple
• Discreet, trustworthy, and highly professional
• Flexible and adaptable with a “no task too big or small” attitude
• High attention to detail and pride in delivering exceptional standards
• Physically capable for hands-on duties (Houseman role)
• Willingness to travel internationally (Housekeeper role essential)
