One of my wonderful clients is looking for a professional Nanny to join their household.

This role is focused on two young children aged 5 months and 13 months. We are looking for someone who truly operates from the heart. A Nanny who is warm, emotionally intelligent and confident in her experience with babies.

Solid baby experience is essential. This is not a first-time nanny role.

The family is multicultural, so cultural awareness and adaptability are very important. You’ll need to be comfortable working in a diverse environment and confident communicating with different personalities and backgrounds.

Ideally, the family would like someone seeking a minimum two-year commitment. Stability is important to them.

The Role: 

• Full care of two children aged 5 months and 13 months

• Supporting developmental milestones

• Establishing structured routines for feeding, naps and play

• Preparing bottles and age-appropriate meals

• Maintaining nursery areas and managing baby laundry

• Travelling with the family if required

• Working collaboratively with hands-on parents

The Ideal Candidate: 

• Strong experience with babies under 1 year

• Confident caring for two young children close in age

• Naturally warm and nurturing

• Calm, organised and proactive

• Comfortable within a multicultural household

• Seeking a long-term role, ideally two years minimum

• Discreet and professional
