EED is delighted to be representing an exceptional private family in Miami, Florida, seeking a dedicated, high-energy live-in nanny to join their household on a full-time basis.

This is a wonderful opportunity for a professional nanny who is passionate about child development, education, and creating a nurturing, structured environment.

The family has two girls aged 7 and 8 — well-behaved, curious and engaged learners who are trilingual in English, Portuguese and some Spanish. The family travels regularly and would like the nanny to accompany them, with all travel expenses covered.

Working schedule: 5 days on/2 days off. Options are Monday–Friday or Tuesday 3pm–Sunday morning depending on the family’s needs.

Key Responsibilities

• School drop-off and pick-up
• Supporting learning and development, including supplementary lessons during travel and school holidays
• Healthy meal planning and encouraging positive eating habits
• Organising engaging, age-appropriate activities that stimulate curiosity and growth
• Maintaining a structured, nurturing daily routine
• Travelling with the family as required
• Occasional proxy parenting duties

 Candidate Requirements

• Full driving licence essential
• Relevant childcare qualifications
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a comparable nanny role with verifiable references
• Native-level English speaker
• U.S. passport or Green Card essential (Visa sponsorship not offered)
• Comfortable signing an NDA
• Positive, warm and professional manner
• Portuguese or Spanish language skills a distinct advantage

 The Package

• Salary: $2,000–$2,200 per week gross, depending on experience
• Live-in position with accommodation provided
• Minimum 2 weeks paid annual leave plus up to 10 days paid sick leave per year
• Additional vacation days when the family travels without the nanny
• All travel expenses covered when accompanying the family
