Overview
For a private family, we are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support the Principal and his family in all aspects of their daily personal and family affairs. The role requires outstanding organisation, discretion, and the ability to coordinate with the Family Office and household staff across several residences.
Key Responsibilities – Executive & Personal Assistance
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Principal, his family, staff, service providers, and external stakeholders.
- Manage and coordinate calendars, appointments, meetings, priorities and events for the Principal.
- Handle sensitive personal and business matters with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Prepare briefs and documentation for meetings to be attended by the Principal.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and documents; draft letters and emails in Russian, English and French.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, visas, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Organise medical appointments, sports activities, school-related matters and holidays for family members.
- Coordinate guest visits, events, and stays, including transfers, logistics, and detailed itineraries.
- Liaise closely with the Family Office and Estate & Staff Manager to ensure seamless execution of the Principal’s agenda.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a private household or family office environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage demanding schedules and complex logistics with a calm, solution-oriented approach.
- Absolute discretion, loyalty, flexibility, and a strong service-driven mindset.
- Fluency in Russian, English and French is mandatory.
- Strong written communication skills and ability to draft formal correspondence in all three languages.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the family’s schedule.
