Hours: Monday – Friday: 40 hours between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm – must be flexible

Salary: £50,000 gross per annum

Description

An Executive Assistant is required for a client based in Salford, Greater Manchester who owns a property business.

This position is a hybrid role – working mainly from home (locally to Greater Manchester) but with travel on business trips within the UK as required.

Salary: £50,000 gross per annum

Hours: Monday – Friday: 40 hours between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm – must be flexible

Duties:

• Business & some domestic PA work
• Travelling in the UK (sometimes travelling on Sunday evening)
• Virtual meetings
• Running errands
• Driving duties
• Liaising with business PA
• Taking minutes
• Managing diary
• Helping with client’s charity
• Taking car to car wash, filling up car
• Booking travel, restaurants & flights
• Picking up documents & dropping off

You must:

• Have previous experience in a similar Executive Assistant role with checkable references to support your application
• Have an Enhanced DBS certificate or be happy to have one done
• Be a driver with own car
• Be over 25 years old (for insurance purposes)
• Have a degree (preferred)
• Be tech savvy & have AI experience
• Live locally
• Be happy to travel in UK & be happy to travel sometimes outside of working hours
• Be flexible to the needs of the client
• Be able to use Windows packages
• Be looking for a long term position
• Have a good level of English
