Fluent Russian- and English-speaking Nanny | Full-time Live-in or Live-out Role

Salary: £4,000 – £4,500 per month (depending on experience)

Understanding of cultural sensitivity is important. The nanny should communicate respectfully, maintain professional boundaries, and be tactful in everyday interaction.
The nanny will be treated as part of the family while maintaining a professional and responsible approach to her role.
• Full-time position
• Live-in or live-out format available
• A fixed schedule is preferred (rota schedule may be discussed)
• Working hours: 07:00 – 19:00
• 1 day off per week (Saturday)
• Travelling with the family during holidays may be required
• Private bedroom with en-suite bathroom
• The child sleeps separately
• The child already has a stable sleep routine of 11–12 hours
• Full care of an 11-month-old child
• Maintaining sleep, feeding, and daily routine
• Preparing meals for the child
• Managing the child’s wardrobe and laundry
• Hygiene and bathing
• Age-appropriate development, play and activities
• Keeping the nursery and children's areas organised
The household employs a housekeeper and a cook; the nanny will be focused primarily on childcare.
• Female (due to cultural reasons), between 30 & 50 years old (preferred)
• Proven experience with infants under 1 year old
• Fluent Russian and English are both required
• Warm, kind, and proactive personality
• Respect for family hierarchy and cultural traditions
• Strong focus on child safety and wellbeing
• Ability to integrate into the family while maintaining professional boundaries
• Excellent references required
• First Aid certificate is an advantage
• Non-smoker
