We are working with an UHNW family in Mayfair in their search for 2 live-out Housekeepers to join their large team.
 
Job Description 
 
The residence features valuable furnishings and artwork, requiring meticulous care, attention to detail, and expert handling. 
 
This role focuses on the smooth running, organisation, and presentation of the home, offering a long-term position within a household that values discretion, professionalism, and dedication.
 
Role Responsibilities 

• Daily housekeeping to the highest standard
• Thorough cleaning and maintenance of all areas of the home
• Care and organisation of wardrobes, including clothing, shoes, and accessories
• Laundry management, including delicate items and ironing
• Management of household systems, storage, and seasonal rotations
• Specialist care of furnishings, artworks, and luxury surfaces
• Support during household moves or reorganisation projects
• Occasional simple meal preparation if required
• Working collaboratively with household staff while maintaining discretion and confidentiality

Candidate Requirements 

• Proven experience in high-end or private household housekeeping
• Expert knowledge of cleaning products and care of delicate or luxury items
• Highly organised, reliable, and proactive
• Enjoys working in a household with children and understands family dynamics
• Flexible approach to duties and working hours
• Excellent discretion, professionalism, and trustworthiness
