A wonderful expat family based on Saadiyat Island is looking for a professional Governess or Nanny-Governess to join their household and support the care and education of their two young children.
This role is well suited to a career nanny or governess with a strong educational background. Norland training or similar formal childcare or education qualifications are strongly preferred.
The family is seeking someone warm, structured, and confident, who enjoys supporting early learning, routines, and positive behaviour, while working closely with parents in a professional household environment.

Key responsibilities include:
 

• Supporting the children’s educational and developmental needs
• Planning and delivering age-appropriate learning activities
• Managing daily routines, including mornings and evenings
• Encouraging independence, good manners, and emotional development
• Accompanying the children on outings and activities
• Maintaining a calm, organised, and nurturing environment

Essential requirements:
 

• Proven experience as a governess or nanny-gouverness
• Norland qualification or equivalent education-focused training
• Native English speaker or native Spanish speaker
• Confident driver
• Strong swimmer
• Professional, discreet, and reliable
• Willing to relocate internationally
