Perfect Household Staff is delighted to present an excellent opportunity for an experienced and adaptable Full-Time Live-Out Housekeeper/Cook to support a welcoming family based in Notting Hill, Central London. The household consists of two principals and three school-aged children aged 11, 13, and 14, residing in a well-maintained four-bedroom private residence finished to a high standard, including marble and wooden surfaces, antiques, and fine fabrics. A full-time live-in housekeeper is already employed, creating a well-structured and supportive household team, where responsibilities are shared and workloads remain manageable. The household also includes three miniature poodles; however, dog care is fully managed by a professional dog walker. The family values discretion, organisation, and a calm, professional working environment.

This is a varied and well-balanced Housekeeper/Cook role combining high-level housekeeping with straightforward, family-style cooking. The cooking requirements are practical rather than chef-level and do not involve frequent entertaining. On Monday mornings, the Housekeeper/Cook will prepare a simple breakfast for the children, such as cereal or light breakfast items, prior to the school routine. The primary cooking responsibility throughout the week is preparing daily family dinners, with a family lunch required on Sundays. During school holidays, lunches will also be prepared for the children when they are at home.

Alongside cooking, the role involves maintaining the household to an excellent standard, assisting with occasional school runs and errand running, liaising with contractors, and working collaboratively with the existing full-time housekeeper. There may also be opportunities to travel with the family for up to three weeks at a time within Europe, supporting the household in a combined housekeeping and cooking capacity.
