Overview

A discerning British family of four seeks an experienced stewardess to take sole charge of the interior of their high-standard home in Puerta de Hierro, Guadalajara, Mexico. The household is health-conscious, active, and plant-based, and runs on British standards throughout. The role is approximately 80% housekeeping and 20% supporting the British chef with service, beverages, and kitchen turnover. Whilst there is occasional guest-facing activity, the primary focus is on consistency, attention to detail, and the reset discipline one would bring to back-to-back charters.

The schedule will be Monday-Saturday, 9am–6pm, with a one-hour paid lunch break daily (48 working hours per week). Immediate start. This is a temporary contract with a 30-day probation period and an initial term of 2–6 months, extended by agreement for up to 6 months in total. A permanent position, likely in the UAE, will be considered for the right candidate.

The successful candidate must be willing to travel nationally and internationally with the family (e.g., Mexico, the UAE, or wherever required). Travel expenses, per diem, and visa support are provided- the family plans to be based in the UAE from H2 2026.

  • Daily cleaning, tidying, and upkeep of all areas to guest-ready standards

  • Current STCW & ENG1 (role may include crewing/watch duties on chartered yachts during travel)
  • C2 English certificate if English is not your first language
  • Spanish an advantage but not essential

Please do not apply if you do not hold a suitable passport or visa, or do not have a current ENG1 (and C2 English certificate if required).
