Overview:
A warm, highly respected family in Jaipur is seeking a dynamic and polished Female Companion/PA to support a very busy principal in her daily life in India and overseas. This is a hands-on, long-term position, ideal for someone who is proactive, organised, and emotionally mature.
The family values integrity, positivity, and treating their staff as part of the family.
You will act as the principal’s right-hand person, offering full support, companionship, and logistical coordination both at home and while travelling internationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Accompany the principal on global travel, ensuring seamless support throughout trips.
• Manage packing, unpacking, wardrobe organisation, and travel preparation.
• Maintain and coordinate the principal’s daily schedule, calendar, and appointments.
• Handle restaurant bookings, itinerary planning, reservations, and daily logistics.
• Ensure the principal is safe, supported, and accompanied at all times.
• Communicate professionally with internal staff, vendors, and external contacts.
• Maintain a warm, calm, and positive presence in fast-changing environments.
• Uphold absolute discretion, confidentiality, and loyalty.

Candidate Requirements

• Female applicants only (as requested by the family).
• Must hold a valid passport and have previous international travel experience (non-negotiable).
• Strong experience as a PA, companion, or travel coordinator, ideally within a private household or with a high-profile individual.
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to anticipate needs.
• Excellent communication skills; strong English and Hindi essential.
• Positive, respectful, and emotionally mature with a service-first mindset.
• Well-presented, flexible, and adaptable to last-minute changes.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Jaipur, India.
