About the Role
A lovely family based in Muscat, Oman is seeking two professional Maternity Nurses to join their household on a 12-month contract starting in March 2026. You will work as part of a team of three maternity nurses, under the supervision of a Head Maternity Nurse, providing consistent, high-quality care for the baby.
This role suits a qualified maternity professional who enjoys working within a structured team environment and delivering excellent standards of newborn care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on newborn care in line with best practice.
• Support feeding, sleep routines, and daily baby care.
• Work collaboratively within a maternity nursing team.
• Follow guidance and care plans set by the Head Maternity Nurse.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and organisation.
• Offer calm, professional support to the family.
• Ensure continuity of care across shifts.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Nurse or qualified Maternity Nurse only (nursing assistants do not qualify).
• Proven experience caring for newborns.
• Comfortable working as part of a team-based care structure.
• Professional, calm, and reliable.
• Able to commit to a 12-month contract starting March 2026.
