About the Role

A wonderful long-term client of ours is seeking an experienced Nanny/Governess to oversee the care and educational development of two children aged 4 and 6 years old. The ideal candidate will bring a primary teaching background as well as strong nanny experience, able to support homework and early academics while maintaining a structured and nurturing routine.
This is a live-out position in Dubai. Candidates must be based in the UAE or France at the time of application.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full care for two children aged 4 and 6.
• Support homework and early academic learning (reading, writing, numeracy).
• Plan engaging, age-appropriate educational and recreational activities.
• Encourage independence, good manners, and daily structure.
• Manage children’s schedules, routines, and extracurricular activities.
• Travel internationally with the family when required.
• Work collaboratively with parents and household staff.
• Maintain a calm, warm, and professional presence at all times.

Candidate Requirements

• Primary teaching qualification (essential).
• Strong nanny or governess experience with similar age groups.
• French or British candidates preferred; excellent English required.
• Confident supporting academic work and developmental milestones.
• Warm, organised, professional, and adaptable.
• Must be based in the UAE or France at the time of application.
• Must be flexible to travel internationally with the family.
