Pumpkins Nanny Agency was established in 2010 by Jane Shabani and Claire O’Connell. We have been successfully sourcing and placing nannies ever since.

With extensive nanny experience ourselves we fully understand the responsibility that falls upon nannies. At Pumpkins we have a supportive and sympathetic approach and are dedicated to providing an easy and stress-free process. As parents ourselves we understand the importance of finding the right care for your little ones.

We offer a personal approach and listen intently to both the needs of nannies and families to enable us to ensure we are finding the right candidates for families, and vice versa. We will gladly use our combined years of knowledge within the industry to find solutions to your individual needs.

All Pumpkins candidates will be first aid qualified, have an up to date DBS, personally interviewed and fully vetted. Nannies will have a minimum of 3 years paid childcare experience as well as the majority also being qualified.

6286NOL- MONDAY-FRIDAY HERTFORD ROLE. Job Ref: 6286NOL Sole charge nanny role for one child of 3. 5 years old. Term time they need 12.30-6.30pm Monday to Friday and then 8.30-6.30pm for 19 weeks of the year. They are happy to pay you a yearly salary. You need to be a driver with your own car as the child’s nursery is a 10 minute drive. They are looking for a fun, caring nanny who will go to the local zoo, take her to her after school activities and then have fun day trips in the holidays. No pets. Ofsted registered nanny wanted which they are happy to pay for. They have no pets. Nanny duties only. Annual salary of £29,872.
