Pumpkins Nanny Agency was established in 2010 by Jane Shabani and Claire O’Connell. We have been successfully sourcing and placing nannies ever since.

With extensive nanny experience ourselves we fully understand the responsibility that falls upon nannies. At Pumpkins we have a supportive and sympathetic approach and are dedicated to providing an easy and stress-free process. As parents ourselves we understand the importance of finding the right care for your little ones.

We offer a personal approach and listen intently to both the needs of nannies and families to enable us to ensure we are finding the right candidates for families, and vice versa. We will gladly use our combined years of knowledge within the industry to find solutions to your individual needs.

All Pumpkins candidates will be first aid qualified, have an up to date DBS, personally interviewed and fully vetted. Nannies will have a minimum of 3 years paid childcare experience as well as the majority also being qualified.

They also have a 14-year-old and a 16-year-old who need checking in on and feeding! Hours are 8am to 6.30pm for any 4 days. If too much, they can offer 1.30 to 6.30 pm for a couple of days to reduce hours.
