Pumpkins Nanny Agency was established in 2010 by Jane Shabani and Claire O’Connell. We have been successfully sourcing and placing nannies ever since.

With extensive nanny experience ourselves we fully understand the responsibility that falls upon nannies. At Pumpkins we have a supportive and sympathetic approach and are dedicated to providing an easy and stress-free process. As parents ourselves we understand the importance of finding the right care for your little ones.

We offer a personal approach and listen intently to both the needs of nannies and families to enable us to ensure we are finding the right candidates for families, and vice versa. We will gladly use our combined years of knowledge within the industry to find solutions to your individual needs.

All Pumpkins candidates will be first aid qualified, have an up to date DBS, personally interviewed and fully vetted. Nannies will have a minimum of 3 years paid childcare experience as well as the majority also being qualified.

6359PAR- FULL TIME ROLE IN RICKMANSWORTH. Job Ref: 6359PAR   Nanny wanted for professional family living in Rickmansworth with twin boys of 5 months and a sister of nearly 3 years. Monday to Friday. Term time they need 3 days of 7-9.30am to get the children to nursery, and 2-7pm to collect and do the evening routine. There will be 2 days of 7am-7pm with just the twin babies while the eldest is at pre-school. When she is on school holidays (approx 18 weeks) you will work 7am-7pm Monday to Friday but with only the eldest for 3 days as the babies will still attend nursery. Then for 2 days you will have all 3 children together. Mum is at home to start with until she returns to full time work at the end of the year. Nanny duties only. Salary is £47-51,000pa. Use of car provided. You should have previous solid nanny experience with this age group. Caring for twins and more than 2 children is also desired.  ...

6368MUR shared care role for baby of 10 months and twins arriving in May in Leighton Buzzard Job Ref: 6368MUR 3 day a week nanny needed for a family with a 10 month old and twins arriving in May 2025. They would like someone with baby experience who can come and muck in as Dad is away until the end of the year. You will need to help with all nanny duties and be happy to do a food shop etc until Mum is back on her feet. In September the 10 month old will go to a childminders 4 days per week. Mum will return to work in January 2026. They do have a cat. Driver with own car would be great.
