Standards of Quality. Plan and implement various hands-on learning activities that engage students in the learning process. Create learning centers based on the Creative Curriculum and Early Childhood Environmental Rating Scale ( ECERS). Document and assess students progress. Communicate regularly with parents, collaborate with Preschool Intervention and Referral Team to identify at risk students. Prepare lesson Plans and individualized plans for students as needed.
