*Overview* Lead Classroom Teachers will have at least 2 years of experience in an Early Ed classroom, with children under 3. Candidates must have completed the ACDS program, offered through WVSTARS and the Dept. of Labor, WVIT I & II, or hold an Associate's Degree or higher with a concentration in Early Childhood Education, as well as, possessing an active WVSTARS certificate. Candidate will have a working knowledge of WV Early Learning Standards, ITERS/ECERS, Creative Curriculum, and understand and be able to follow and model WV Licensing requirements. Candidate should be proficient in creating and execution lesson plans for an entire classroom, as well as for each child on an individual basis.
