*Job Summary* The Registered Children's Manager is responsible for overseeing the care and wellbeing of children within a residential setting, ensuring that all care plans are effectively implemented and monitored. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage a dedicated team of staff, including nurses and caregivers, while fostering a safe and nurturing environment for the children. We are seeking an RM with good experience of managing ld and autism homes for at least 2 years with good ratings and ideally experience of new registration of homes too.
