Live-out Housekeeper – country estate in Ascot, Berkshire – permanent – £40,000 per year – immediate start
A family with a large estate near Ascot are looking for an energetic, animal-loving housekeeper with an eye for detail. There are no children in the household and the house has just been refurbished, so it is straightforward to keep clean. The estate already has a gardener, estate workers and a chauffeur.
- Location: Ascot, Berkshire; you will need to be able to drive there easily
- Contract: permanent, live-out
- Hours: 8am to 5pm, five days a week
- Salary: £40,000 per year
- Start: immediately
- Animals: three dogs and a horse
The role
- Clean the house and look after the laundry
- Help get a light breakfast ready and perhaps a salad at lunchtime; this is not really a cooking job
- Take the three dogs for a walk from time to time
- Serve drinks at the occasional party or event
What the family are looking for
- Previous experience as a paid housekeeper
- Flexibility and plenty of energy
- A love of dogs and animals in general
