French-speaking Maternity Nurse – Monaco – six-month assignment from the end of May 2027 – 24/6
First-time parents in Monaco, whose baby is due at the end of May 2027, would like an experienced maternity nurse who speaks French to be with them for the baby's first six months. Alongside dedicated newborn care, they want someone knowledgeable, caring and professional who can guide and reassure them as they get used to life with a new baby.
- Location: Monaco
- Start: end of May 2027
- Length: six months; you must be free for the whole assignment
- Schedule: 24 hours a day, six days a week (24/6)
- Basis: full-time, temporary; you must be registered as self-employed (auto-entrepreneur) and able to invoice for your services yourself
What you will do
- Give expert care to the newborn, looking after the baby's health, comfort and development
- Set up suitable feeding and sleep routines
- Help with breastfeeding, bottle feeding and sterilising as needed
- Keep an eye on the baby's development and spot any concerns
- Look after the nursery, the baby's clothes and equipment
- Offer the parents practical advice and reassurance
- Support the couple as they adjust to parenthood and help them grow in confidence with their baby
What the family need
- Extensive professional experience as a maternity nurse caring for newborns
- Fluent French (essential)
- A thorough understanding of how to care for newborns and how to set up their feeds and sleep
- Relevant maternity nurse qualifications and/or recognised training in newborn care
- A warm, discreet and professional manner
- Excellent references and real enthusiasm for supporting new parents
