Nanny-Housekeeper Wandsworth SW15 883484

£15,600 yearly

Job Description

This warm and friendly family in Wandsworth are looking for a nanny housekeeper to join them and help keep their home running smoothly. They have a 7-year-old daughter and are sadly saying goodbye to their current housekeeper, so are hoping to find someone who can enjoy a handover period with her before taking over the role. This is a permanent position working Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays 3:20pm-7:20pm.

Mondays and Tuesdays will be spent looking after the home, keeping everything beautifully clean and organised whilst Thursdays bring a change of pace! You’ll collect their daughter from school and take her to ballet, which is just a short walk away, before heading back home to prepare a simple dinner for her and her mum. There’s no need to be a fantastic cook, just someone happy putting together easy, wholesome meals.

The family would love someone with a good eye for detail, high standards of cleanliness and hygiene and someone who takes pride in their work. They would like someone who is able to do the family laundry and some ironing as well. They’re looking for someone who communicates well and who is flexible and happy to lend a hand wherever is needed.

There is some lovely flexibility with this role too. The family are open to discussing which days’ work best and, during the summer and school holidays, would be happy for the housekeeping hours to be condensed into one or two days whilst the family are away. This would give you flexibility to take on temporary nannying or other housekeeping bookings during the holidays if you would like.
