Salary: Up to AED 20,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications

POSITION OVERVIEW

A private family is seeking an experienced, organised and detail-oriented Ladies’ Maid to maintain high standards of housekeeping, wardrobe care and organisation. The role also includes packing for travel, managing personal supplies, assisting with food service and working closely with the housekeeping team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Maintain high standards of cleaning throughout the property, working closely with the housekeeping team.

·         Take responsibility for the daily cleaning and organisation of the master bedroom, bathroom and dressing rooms.

·         Maintain the family’s wardrobes, ensuring clothing, shoes, handbags and jewellery are properly organised, cared for and stored.

·         Pack and unpack for family travel, keep track of belongings and help prepare holiday homes, hotels and suites when travelling with the family.

·         Monitor household consumables and personal care products, maintain stock levels and coordinate orders and deliveries with the Personal Assistant or Personal Shopper.

·         Serve meals, refreshments and snacks throughout the day as required.

·         Coordinate cleaning around the family’s movements while maintaining discretion and minimising disruption.

·         Assist with training new and existing housekeeping staff to ensure consistent standards and adequate team coverage.

·         Follow household cleaning and organisation procedures and maintain excellent attention to detail.

·         Remain flexible to the family’s schedule, including weekends and occasional early morning or late evening shifts.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

·         Previous experience as a Ladies’ Maid or in a similar role within a private or luxury household.

·         Excellent housekeeping, wardrobe management and organisational skills.

·         Experience with packing, unpacking and preparing for family travel.

·         Experience with food and beverage service.

·         High attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·         Professional, discreet, reliable and flexible.

·         British or EU passport required.
