A warm French-German family relocating to Villefranche-sur-Mer are seeking a highly experienced, nurturing and adaptable Nanny to care for their three young children. Strong experience with children aged roughly one to six is essential, together with experience of slightly older children. An educational background or previous experience as an educator, teacher or early-years professional would be highly desirable. The family want someone warm and engaging who can provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care while becoming a trusted member of the household.

Duties

• Attentive, hands-on care for all three children
• Managing the baby’s daily routine and supporting the toddler’s development
• Supporting the eldest with the school routine and school runs where required
• Planning age-appropriate activities, outings, creative play and educational activities
• Encouraging development, independence and curiosity through play and everyday activities
• Preparing healthy children’s meals and snacks
• Keeping children’s belongings, bedrooms and play areas organised
• Supporting morning and evening routines; close collaboration with the parents

Requirements

• Native German or native English essential
• Highly experienced Nanny with a strong background caring for babies, toddlers and young children
• Extensive experience with the one-to-six age group; experience with slightly older children preferred
• Educational background or experience as an educator, teacher or early-years professional a strong advantage
• Previous private-household experience highly desirable
• Warm, nurturing, proactive, organised and adaptable; professional, discreet and respectful of family privacy
• Excellent, checkable references; legally entitled to work in France; able to commute reliably to Villefranche-sur-Mer
