Live-out Nanny – Dubai, UAE – AED 15,000–20,000+ per month (approx. £3,100–£4,100 per month)

A high-profile UHNW family who have recently relocated from the UK to Dubai are looking for an exceptional, warm and engaging Nanny for their bright, curious and energetic four-year-old. This is not a formal Governess position: the family want someone who loves working with children and encourages learning naturally through play, conversation, creativity, reading, activities and outings. Personality and connection with the child are extremely important.

Duties

• Loving, attentive sole-charge care
• Planning engaging, age-appropriate activities at home and out and about
• Organising outings, classes and playdates
• Supporting early learning, confidence, independence, good manners and positive behaviour
• Keeping daily routines and structure; preparing the child’s belongings for activities
• Clear, close communication with the parents; occasional travel with the family

Requirements

• Strong professional experience with children aged roughly three to six
• Excellent spoken English; warm, energetic, emotionally intuitive and creative
• Confident in sole charge; Early Years qualifications (Norland, CACHE, NNEB or Montessori) highly desirable
• HNW/UHNW private household experience an advantage; paediatric first aid preferred
• Excellent, verifiable references; flexible to travel; seeking a long-term position
