Part-time Domestic Couple – Nether Worton, North Cotswolds – circa £50,000 combined DOE

• Location: Private family estate near Nether Worton, North Cotswolds; live-in or live-out (local)
• Hours: About 15 hours a week each; flexible and sometimes split around appointments
• Salary: Circa £50,000 combined, negotiable with experience, hours and structure
• Start: ASAP for the right couple
• Pets: Dog – walks and pet care required
• Accommodation: Temporary live-in available initially; two-bedroom cottage in the neighbouring village from February; or live-out if local

A kind, practical couple is needed to support an elderly lady on a private estate while she undergoes treatment. She remains independent but wants day-to-day practical help, companionship and reassurance. Family live nearby on the same estate. The role mixes driving, companionship, light PA work, housekeeping, gardening and general maintenance across about 200 acres – ideal for people who enjoy country life. This is not a nursing or clinical care role.

Driver / maintenance support

• Driving to appointments, errands and the family’s London property when needed
• Shopping, prescriptions and day-to-day arrangements
• Friendly companionship; general maintenance, handyman tasks and grounds upkeep
• Helping the wider family when an extra pair of hands is needed

Housekeeping / companion / PA support

• Housekeeping, laundry, beds and household organisation
• Light simple meals; diary and appointment help; light PA/admin
• Companionship; preparing the home for family and visitors; dog care and walks

Requirements

• Warm, caring, discreet and respectful of independence and privacy
• Flexible couple happy to share a varied rural role; both confident drivers with full licences
• Comfortable with dogs; care/companionship background an advantage but not essential
• Right to work in the UK; strong references
