Live-out:
Start: Mid October 2026
Rate: £50000 – £60000 gross per annum (Candidate dependent on days and experience)
Days: 4 or 5 days Monday- Thursday 8am to 6pm, with an earlier finish of 3pm on Fridays or Monday-Thursday 8am-6pm

Key Requirements:

• Strong, recent newborn and baby experience is essential.
• Warm, caring and nurturing, with a genuine love of working with babies.
• Confident with developmental milestones, routines and age-appropriate activities.
• Enjoys attending baby classes and planning stimulating activities.
• Comfortable working in a shared-charge environment alongside Mum.
• Organised, proactive and safety-conscious.
• Excellent communication skills and able to build a strong relationship with both parents.
• Comfortable around dogs and happy to occasionally walk with the baby and family dog.
• Fluent English essential; Spanish or Italian would be a lovely bonus.

A happy and sociable ten-month-old is looking for a warm, nurturing and experienced Nanny. This is a lovely shared-charge role for a Nanny who enjoys being hands-on with a baby and working closely with a parent. Mum is currently studying and works from a home office, so she will be around during the day but primarily based in a separate room. She may occasionally pop in and out to spend time with her daughter or take her to classes, so the ideal Nanny will be comfortable with a collaborative and flexible approach. Their daughter is a delightful ten-month-old who is sociable, happy and full of personality. She loves singing, being read to, splashing about in the bath and going to swimming lessons, and is particularly enthusiastic when it comes to mealtimes! She has a good routine and no allergies to navigate, and the family are looking for someone who will really enjoy engaging with her and supporting her development as she grows. The Nanny will take care of all nursery duties and will be encouraged to plan age-appropriate activities, attend baby classes and create a varied and stimulating day for her. Someone who is gentle, hands-on and genuinely enjoys this stage of a child’s development would be particularly well suited. There will also be some light PA support for Mum when she is spending time with the baby. The family are looking for someone wonderfully organised who can use their initiative and be helpful around the household without losing focus on the child’s care.
