A hands-on family are looking for an exceptionally creative and engaging Daily Nanny to join them in caring for their two daughters, aged four and two, with a baby boy due at the end of November. Both parents work from home and are very present in their children’s lives, so they are looking for someone who enjoys working closely with parents and sees the relationship as a genuine partnership. They are a warm, respectful and upbeat family who value their Nanny’s ideas, opinions and expertise and want someone who will become a trusted and valued part of their family team. Their eldest daughter has recently started school. She is a bright, bubbly and very girly little girl with a huge personality. She loves dressing up, princesses, imaginative play and role play, and has a fantastic imagination. She is also very creative and enjoys being introduced to new activities and experiences. Her two-year-old sister attends nursery in the mornings. She is fun, easy-going and has a lovely relationship with her big sister. With their baby brother due at the end of November, a Maternity Nanny will be supporting the family for the first six months. The successful Nanny will therefore initially focus primarily on the girls, before taking on the baby’s care once the Maternity Nanny’s placement comes to an end. A bubbly, positive and animated Nanny with plenty of energy and enthusiasm would be particularly well suited to this family. Someone with Norland training or a strong nursery or Early Years background could be an excellent match, particularly if they have a natural understanding of child development and enjoy putting that knowledge into practice through play.
