LIVE-OUT NANNY, HAMPSTEAD/ LN10113

Live-out:
Start: Beginning of December 2026   
Rate: £55000  – £67000 gross per annum (Candidate dependent on qualification and experience)
Days: Monday – Friday (08:00am – 06:00 pm)

Key Requirements:

• Extensive professional Nanny experience, with excellent newborn and baby experience.
• Confident caring for a newborn alongside a four-year-old.
• Warm, energetic and genuinely enjoys being active and engaged with children.
• Experienced supporting developmental milestones and establishing age-appropriate routines for a baby.
• Confident and happy working alongside a mother on maternity leave.
• Collaborative, approachable and respectful, while also confident enough to bring their own experience and ideas.
• Proactive in organising activities, classes, playdates and outings.
• Creative and enthusiastic, with the ability to make each child’s day stimulating and enjoyable.
• Confident supporting the needs and interests of a four-year-old, including encouraging his curiosity and love of transport.
• Happy to travel internationally 2–3 times per year for approximately one week at a time.
• Reliable, organised and long-term minded.
• German language skills would be an added bonus.

This is a lovely opportunity for an experienced and energetic Nanny to join a family at an exciting time as they prepare to welcome their second child mid-Decemeber. They are particularly keen to find a Nanny with excellent baby experience who is equally confident caring for two children and managing the very different needs of a newborn and a four-year-old. The Nanny will ideally start at the beginning of December, allowing a couple of weeks to settle in and build a strong relationship with their son before the new baby arrives. He is a bright, energetic and curious little boy who is fascinated by anything to do with transport, particularly trains, cars and planes. He loves being read to and enjoys being outdoors and keeping active, so an energetic Nanny who enjoys getting out and about, encouraging physical activity and creating fun adventures will be a great fit. The family are looking for someone who will really engage with his interests, encourage his curiosity and ensure he remains happily occupied, while also preparing for the arrival of his new sibling. Mum will be on maternity leave for approximately one year, and the family are looking for a Nanny who is genuinely happy working alongside her during this period. It is important that the Nanny is supportive, approachable and collaborative, while also bringing her own experience, confidence and ideas to the role. Mum is hoping that, in due course, she will be able to have some time to herself during the day, particularly while the eldest is at school and the baby is with the Nanny.
