Position Overview

A prestigious private family in Downtown Dubai is seeking an experienced and highly professional VVIP Nanny to provide dedicated care for a 2-month-old baby.

This is a long-term opportunity for a candidate who is looking to build a lasting relationship with the family and remain with the child throughout the early years, ideally until the children begin attending Montessori or reach approximately 5–6 years of age.

The successful candidate will be expected to provide exceptional newborn and childcare support while maintaining the highest standards of safety, discretion, professionalism and confidentiality within a private family environment.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Nanny for Royal Families, VVIP or UHNW private families.
• Norland-trained candidates are strongly preferred.
• Extensive experience caring for newborns and young children, including a 2-month-old baby.
• Strong understanding of newborn routines, feeding, sleep schedules, hygiene and developmental needs.
• Able to provide attentive, nurturing and age-appropriate care as the child develops.
• Willing and committed to a long-term position, ideally until the child starts Montessori or reaches approximately 5–6 years of age.
• Highly professional, discreet and respectful of family privacy and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication skills and a calm, warm and caring personality.
• Ability to work effectively within a private household and, where required, alongside other household staff.
• Candidates must hold a strong passport with suitable international travel eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time, hands-on care for the newborn.
• Establish and maintain appropriate daily routines for feeding, sleeping, bathing and activities.
• Monitor the baby's wellbeing and communicate any concerns appropriately.
• Support the child's physical, emotional and developmental needs as they grow.
• Prepare and organise age-appropriate activities and developmental play.
• Maintain the baby's nursery, belongings and daily essentials in an organised manner.
• Accompany the family and child during travel when required.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the family, household and personal affairs.
• Work collaboratively with parents and other household staff to ensure consistent and exceptional childcare.
