*Responsibilities*

* Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote learning, social development, and emotional well-being

* Support children's individual developmental needs through tailored activities and attentive observation
* Maintain accurate records of children's progress, attendance, and daily routines
* Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to share updates on their child's development and address any concerns
* Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive team environment focused on continuous improvement
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, safeguarding policies, and early years frameworks

*Skills*

* Proven management and leadership skills in a childcare or nursery setting
* Extensive experience working with children across various age groups within early childhood education
* Strong understanding of childcare practices, nursery routines, and child development principles
* Excellent communication skills in English to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members
* Ability to organize activities efficiently while maintaining a nurturing environment
* Valid driving license is preferred for transporting children or attending off-site activities
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team while also taking initiative when needed
