*Overview*
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. *Duties*
* Develop and implement engaging curriculum plans tailored to infants’ developmental stages, incorporating activities that promote physical, cognitive, and social-emotional growth
* Provide attentive toddler care by supporting feeding, diapering, and overall comfort needs with compassion and professionalism
* Manage classroom routines efficiently while fostering a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
* Utilize behavior management techniques to encourage positive interactions and support children’s emotional regulation
* Incorporate literacy education and early intervention strategies to stimulate language development and early learning skills
* Collaborate with families to share progress updates, discuss developmental milestones, and address individual needs or concerns
* Maintain detailed documentation of each child's progress, adhering to standards for childcare and early childhood education
*Requirements*
* Prior experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or private school setting, especially with infants or toddlers.
* Knowledge of childhood development principles, classroom management techniques, and behavior management strategies (PITC) preferred.
* Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and teaching physical education or literacy activities for young children.
* Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, families, and team members.
* Understanding of special education needs and early intervention practices is a plus
* Certification in early childhood education or related fields preferred; relevant coursework in Montessori or preschool education is advantageous.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while demonstrating patience, flexibility, and enthusiasm.

Pay: $23.52 - $28.93 per hour
