A private family in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced, hands-on Nanny to join their established household team and provide dedicated care for one of their babies.

The household includes three young children – two 1-year-old babies and one 2-year-old toddler – with a team of nannies and household staff working together.

The ideal candidate will be warm, reliable, flexible, and genuinely hands-on, with strong practical childcare experience. A formal teaching qualification or specific childcare methodology is not essential. The family values practical experience, a positive attitude, teamwork, and someone with the potential to grow within the role.

Position Details:

Location: Abu Dhabi
Schedule: 12 hours per day, 6 days per week
Children: Two 1-year-old babies and one 2-year-old toddler
Travel: International travel required

Key Responsibilities:
• Providing dedicated care for one of the babies
• Managing the child’s daily routine, including feeding, naps, hygiene, and activities
• Supporting the child’s development through age-appropriate play and interaction
• Maintaining a safe, nurturing, and well-organised environment
• Working closely with the other nannies and household staff
• Communicating effectively with the family and wider household team
• Remaining flexible and assisting with the children’s needs when required
• Accompanying the family on international travel

Candidate Profile:
• Strong hands-on childcare experience, particularly with babies
• Warm, nurturing, attentive, and proactive
• Flexible and comfortable working as part of a larger team
• Professional, discreet, and reliable
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Good passport and flexibility for international travel

Package:

·      AED 15,000–17,000 per month, depending on experience
