Job Description

English & Spanish-speaking International Travel Nanny in Madrid, Spain
Job ID: 22060
Location: Madrid, Spain
Schedule: Flexible | Approx. 10-12-hour shifts while in Madrid
Start: September, 2026
Children: G15, G13, G8
Salary: €70,000+ gross per annum (DOE)
A highly respected UHNW family is seeking an experienced Spanish-speaking International Travel Nanny to join their household on a long-term basis, supporting their three daughters, aged 15, 13 and 8 years old.

Based between Madrid and the Maldives, the family enjoys an international lifestyle and travels extensively throughout the year. They are looking for a professional nanny who genuinely enjoys travel, adapts well to changing schedules, and is excited to become a trusted and consistent presence in the children's lives.

The family travels extensively and spends approximately six months per year in the Maldives (spread throughout the year). During this time, dedicated childcare is already in place, so the Nanny  will generally not be required to travel to thats specific location, but must remain on-call should the family's plans change. The family may also relocate within Europe in the future, so flexibility to relocate is essential.

This is not a tutoring or governess position. The children attend school and have dedicated tutors responsible for their academic education. Instead, the role focuses on their day-to-day wellbeing, routines, organisation and emotional support.

✓ Excellent communicator who enjoys working collaboratively with parents and household staff
✓ Adaptable, flexible and solutions-focused
✓ Highly discreet and respectful of the family's privacy
✓ Genuinely enjoys international travel and residential positions

What the Family Offers

✓ €70,000+ gross per annum (DOE)
✓ Long-term opportunity with an internationally mobile UHNW family
