• NNEB qualification or BA in Early Years / Early Childhood Studies
• Significant long-term nanny experience
• Strong experience caring for toddlers and young children

This is a truly special opportunity for an exceptional Early Years nanny to join a warm, close-knit and highly regarded Emirati family in Abu Dhabi, caring for their delightful 18-month-old daughter. The family are deeply invested in their daughter’s happiness, wellbeing and development and are looking for a nanny who shares their passion for giving a young child the very best start in life. This is a fully staffed private household, where the successful nanny will be able to focus entirely on the little girl and her development. The little girl is at a wonderful stage of development, and the family are looking for a nanny who understands how much learning and discovery takes place through everyday experiences. You will be responsible for creating a rich, stimulating and developmentally appropriate daily routine, introducing activities that encourage curiosity, communication, confidence and independence. This is therefore particularly well suited to someone who loves being hands-on with toddlers, enjoys being active throughout the day and takes pride in providing consistently excellent care. The family are now looking for someone who is not simply seeking their next placement, but who is genuinely ready to put down roots and become part of their family for the long term. Mum is expecting another baby in January 2027, with a dedicated Maternity Nurse joining the household for the new arrival, making this an exciting time to come on board and grow alongside the family as they expand. The family live in Abu Dhabi, a vibrant and modern city with a rich cultural heritage. Family life is at the heart of the household, and the children are surrounded by a large and close extended family. Relatives and family members may visit regularly, with siblings and other family coming and going, so the successful nanny will need to be socially confident, discreet, respectful and comfortable working within a fluid environment.
