This is a wonderful opportunity for an exceptionally experienced and professional Nanny to join a warm, energetic and well-established family, caring for four children ranging from a bright baby through to the pre-teen years. The family are looking for someone truly experienced who can confidently move between the very different needs of a baby, younger children and an older child, while bringing energy, warmth, structure and plenty of fun to family life. The children are a boy aged 12 – currently away at boarding school, girls 9 and 6 and baby boy born Jan 2026.  With over 15 years’ experience expected, this is a role for a highly capable Nanny who understands that working with a large family is about much more than childcare, it is about knowing each child as an individual, anticipating their needs and creating a calm, happy and well-organised environment around them. A Maternity Nurse will remain with the family until January 2027, giving the incoming Nanny the opportunity to settle into the household and get to know the family before taking full responsibility for the baby. The family are looking for someone who will become a positive role model for all four children, encouraging their individual interests and passions while helping them develop confidence, independence and good habits.
