Rate: £60000 -£70000 gross per annum (Candidate dependent on qualification and experience)
Days: Monday – Friday (08:00am – 06:15 pm)

Key Requirements:

• Ideally Norland trained or educated to a comparable professional childcare standard.
• Extensive experience caring for babies, toddlers and school-aged children.
• Previous experience working with multiple children within a private household.
• Confident taking full responsibility for children’s routines and day-to-day care.
• Passionate about providing a fun, engaging and development-focused environment.
• of child development and age-appropriate activities.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English.
• Flexible to travel with the family on occasion.
• Automatic driver preferred, although not essential.
• Confident supporting a growing family and experienced with newborns, working alongside a Maternity Nurse when required.

Having recently relocated back to Kensington after three years in New York, the family are looking for an organised, energetic and professional Nanny who is confident leading the children’s routines and taking full ownership of the role. In this role you will care for boys, aged 4 and 2 years old, with a new baby due in February 2027. Both parents have demanding full-time careers. Mum will be on maternity leave from February until approximately August 2027, however they are looking for a Nanny who is capable of independently managing the children’s schedules, anticipating what needs to be done and ensuring family life runs efficiently. They value someone who is proactive, forward-thinking and naturally takes initiative, allowing the parents to focus on work and enjoy quality time with their children.
