*Preschool Teacher – 2 & 3 Year Old Classroom*
*Location:* Los Altos, CA
*Job Type:* Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Our play-based, developmentally appropriate program balances structure and exploration, helping children build confidence, creativity, and independence. *Student-to-teacher ratio: 5:1*
*Position Summary*
We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic *Preschool Teacher* to join our 2- and 3-year-old program. The ideal candidate is collaborative, flexible, and passionate about creating a safe, joyful, and engaging classroom environment.
*Schedule*
* Full-time, 40 hours per week. Monday - Friday 8 - 4
* Includes prep time, monthly staff meetings, and participation in school events
*Pay and Benefits*
* *Hourly Pay:* $20–$26 (based on education and experience)

*Qualifications*
* AA degree *preferred* in Early Childhood Education or Child Development
* Minimum *12 semester (18 quarter) ECE units* – _Teacher Qualified_
* *At least 1 year* of classroom experience
* *California Child Development Teacher Permit* or willingness to apply
* *CPR/First Aid Certification* (or willingness to obtain)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent observation, problem-solving, and conflict-management skills
* Flexible, creative, and proactive “team player” attitude
* Physically able to meet the demands of working with young children
